WELLNESS IS A JOURNEY

Once the shock and anger have worn off the common thread among my clients is to get educated about their illness. For those who look into what ails them it can be quite an empowering experience as they no longer feel helpless, unmotivated and out of control.

The energy therapies of Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki all help to relax the physical body and soothe the racing mind. If a consult on Detox or Nutrition & Wellness is more in order then my clients are given strategies to move forward, especially when they don't know 'where to start'. Science has shown that our mind is quite powerful - it can either make us happy or sad and the Emotional Freedom Techniques and Meditation get rid of the beliefs that no longer serve us and assist us in becoming more compassionate not only with ourselves but with others.
